Friday Night Ncaa Football!

Sweet win, EJ...I was at the gym and saw the final TD while riding the stationary bike...

I actually have a NCAA play for Saturday...

My friend follows Penn State religiously...he can tell you what Joe Pa eats for breakfast...Die-hard Nittany Lion fan...He has invited me to go to a game with him on Sept. 25 and sit between the 25 and 40 yard line...Not sure if I am going to go or not, but I talked to him yesterday and he talked about this Alabama game...

He does NOT gamble...Never has...But he follows NCAA football, big-time...Does he know something about about NCAA football?...Well, let's put it this way...He told me during Reggie Bush's Heisman season, when he was putting up all kinds of numbers and looking like the best college running back ever that Reggie was over-rated and that he won't be able to get outside at the professional level and that he only looks as good as does at the college level is because the game isn't as fast and because USC had a dominant O-line that year...I thought he was nuts as I did see a lot of USC games that year and I thought Bush was unreal...My buddy said that Bush would probably have a mediocre pro career and well, let's face it, he was dead on as the best thing he does is return punts...

He told me Penn State has a very young team this year...PSU is very athletic, but they are a year away...PSU will be VERY good NEXT year...He said they will be solid this year, but they are playing Bama too early in the season to stay with them...If they had a few more games under their belt, they might be able to stay with Alabama, but he said that the offensive line of Alabam will wear down Penn State...My buddy has no idea what the vegas line is on the game, but he told me Bama will win by 18 points...

I am playing it, simply based on his "info", as he is a DIE-HARD Penn State homer and fan and graduate, so if he says Penn State will lose by 18, I expect them to lose by at least that amount...
